How do you get pics to be black and white, but then there is one color that isn't black and whi

i've seen it on myspace and stuff.. like someone is wearing a pink teeshirt and then the whole pic is black and white but the teeshirt or the whole picture is in color except the person in the pic.

How do you get pics to be black and white, but then there is one color that isn't black and white??

it helps if you have a programme like Adobe Photoshop. What you do is you crop the part that you want to be in colour and paste it onto a seperate layer and then you make the first layer black and white- it's not hard if you have the software but without the correct software (any half decent photo editing softward) it's almost impossible.

That's Photoshop. It's a nifty gimmick. I saw an old movie a while back called

' Che ' based on a hystorical figure. It runs halfway as narratives of people who knew him in their ( then ) present day occupations. It would fade to them as guerrillas in the jungle in black and white and blush to color. It's a pretty old device but interesting. ' Rumblefish ' has something like that too. Otherwise I think you're looking at expensive internegative stuff.
